Terms of Use

These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of wing-talks.com (the “Service”) operated by MMA Digital Corp. (“Wing-Talks,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be 18+ to use the Service
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • We may require identity verification
  • Provide accurate, updated info

2) Community Rules

Do not:

  • Harass, exploit, or impersonate others
  • Post illegal, hateful, or explicit content (esp. involving minors)
  • Use the Service for prostitution, trafficking, or other unlawful activity
  • Solicit money or valuables under false pretenses
  • Share others’ private info without consent
  • Upload malware or bypass security
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automation without approval

We may remove content or terminate accounts for violations.

3) Your Content

You own what you post. By posting, you grant Wing-Talks a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, display, and distribute it as needed for Service operation and promotion. This license ends when your content is deleted, subject to backups and legal holds.

4) Paid Features

  • Prices, features, and availability may change
  • Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled before the billing date
  • Taxes may apply
  • Payments are via third-party processors; their terms apply

5) Privacy

Your privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy. Profile fields are public unless otherwise stated.

6) Intellectual Property

All site IP (logos, software, design, text, graphics) belongs to Wing-Talks or licensors. No copying, modifying, or distributing without consent.

7) Enforcement

Report abuse via [email protected]. We may investigate and take action (remove content, suspend accounts).

8) Termination

You can leave anytime. We may suspend/terminate access for violations. Provisions like IP rights, disclaimers, and liability limits survive termination.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS.” We don’t guarantee matches, outcomes, or user behavior. Interactions are at your own risk.

10) Liability Limit

We’re not liable for indirect or special damages. Our total liability is capped at the greater of US$100 or the total you paid in the past 12 months.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wing-Talks for claims from your use, content, or violations.

12) Changes

We may update Terms or discontinue features at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

  • Governed by Nevada law
  • Venue: state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, USA
  • Optional: binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules; no jury or class actions (IP/security issues may go to court)

14) Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement = Terms + Privacy + Cookie Policies
  • Severability: invalid parts don’t void the rest
  • No waiver unless in writing
  • Assignment: you may not assign; we may in corporate changes
  • Notices: via email or on-site postings
